1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlywheelOS website and any services offered by Constellar Labs Limited (“Constellar Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the Website or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or Services.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to FlywheelOS.com and any digital tools, dashboards, or portals provided by us.

• “Services” include all subscription packages, content creation services, consulting, strategy work, and support.

• “Custom Deliverables” refers to all content created specifically for you by Constellar Labs, including long-form content, short-form content, strategic materials, landing pages, and other bespoke work.

• “User” / “Customer” refers to any individual or business accessing the Platform or purchasing Services.

  
  

3. Eligibility

To use our Services you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old;

2. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

3. Provide accurate, up-to-date information.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Nature of Services

Constellar Labs provides content creation, content strategy, and consulting services to founders and businesses. All Services and Deliverables are custom-created for each customer, including but not limited to:

• Custom long-form written content

• Custom short-form social posts

• Custom brand messaging

• Custom content strategy

• Custom landing pages and web copy

• Custom consulting engagements

• Any other bespoke content services agreed upon in writing

We do not resell template packs or generic content. Every deliverable is tailored to the client’s input, brand, and objectives.

We reserve the right to update or modify the Platform and Services at any time.

6. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are due upfront for subscription plans and project-based services.

• For ongoing or retainer services, billing recurs monthly unless otherwise agreed.

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring plans.

  
  

Taxes

Any applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

7. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

• No partial-period refunds are offered.

  
  

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy applies to all purchases:

Subscriptions

• No refunds for partial months.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

Custom Content Services (Done-For-You)

Because all deliverables are custom-made, refunds may only be granted when:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and

• Work on the project has not yet begun.

Once work has started, refunds cannot be provided due to the tailored nature of the deliverables.

One-Time Custom Services

Refunds for one-off services are available within 48 hours if no work has commenced.

9. Ownership & Intellectual Property

9.1 Content You Provide

You retain ownership of any material, ideas, or raw information you provide to us.

9.2 Custom Deliverables We Produce

Once payment is received in full, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the custom deliverables for your business.

You may publish, modify, and distribute these deliverables as you wish.

9.3 Our Intellectual Property

Constellar Labs retains ownership of:

• Methodologies

• Workflows

• Drafting processes

• Strategic frameworks

• Internal tools

• Brand assets

• The Platform and user interface

You may not copy, repackage, or resell these systems.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Publish unlawful or defamatory material

• Violate third-party rights

• Engage in harassment or harmful behaviour

• Attempt to breach or disrupt the website or systems

• Misrepresent your identity or authority

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

11. Service Delivery & Turnaround Times

Delivery timelines vary based on scope. Typical timelines are:

• Custom short-form content: 3–5 business days

• Custom long-form content: 5–10 business days

• Strategy deliverables: 5–10 business days

• Landing page copy: 3–7 business days

Timeline estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by late client feedback or incomplete materials are not our responsibility.

All deliverables are provided digitally via email, shared folders, or the Platform.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement.

This includes drafts, frameworks, strategic notes, campaign plans, messaging, or unpublished materials.

13. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Platform but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party issues may temporarily affect availability.

14. Disclaimer

All Services and Deliverables are provided on an “as is” basis.
We make no guarantees regarding:

• Engagement results

• Revenue outcomes

• Follower growth

• Marketing performance

• Search engine ranking

• Any business results tied to published content

You are responsible for ensuring all published content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Constellar Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount paid by you to us in that period.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud or negligence resulting in death or personal injury.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your publication of custom deliverables

• Any legal issues related to your materials or business activities

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach these Terms

• Your payments fail or are reversed

• Illegal or harmful activity is detected

Upon termination, access to Services ceases immediately.

No refunds are issued unless required by law.

18. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

England and Wales

Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
